Planning: Prop Hunting.

Throughout the location shots of the music video, we see our protagonist (Kathy Striker/Our friend Sarah) in a little red riding hood styled cloak. We plan on either buying material to make the cloak or, cutting out the middle man, and buy a straight red cloak. The above two are both good and bad for several reasons.

The first cloak is too short and not nearly as striking enough, it also costs quite a lot considering it is only a small amount of material.

The second cloak, the red one, is long enough, has a hood and is bright enough to be eye catching for the audience, the downside is that the material is velvet, which may have a negative reaction to the lighting and may make our model uncomfortable.

Other props we will need will be a blank book, backed to look like a fairy tale book, with the artists logo on the front cover. This book is then opened by the artist and then an image of the artist walking through the wood is shown in the book, the image then begins to fill the screen and begins to move, become real footage instead of a picture. Daisy is going to take care of this, as she owns a large number of blank note books.

Other props that we will need are more easier to come by such as the red apple she bites into at the end of the video and the branch that she hits the point of view shot/the wolf with - apples are cheap to buy and a large number of branches will be presented to us during our location shoot.
